2. Ordering:
a. You can place an order for our glass products either online, by phone, or in person. Orders are subject to availability.
b. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the necessary authority to use the payment method provided.
c. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time without liability. In such cases, we will provide a refund if payment has been made.

3. Pricing and Payment:

We follow the industry standards for our products. We do not accept any complaints about products that are within the agreed size range (+/-3mm).

i. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide supporting evidence of the defect or damage.
